Issuers in OpenID Connect are unique authorization servers in specific environments, authenticating various client applications. Resource Indicators ensures that access tokens are strictly tied to designated resources, preventing their unintended or malicious use on other resources. Pairwise Identifiers (PPID). OpenID Connect utilizes PPIDs to assign a unique identifier for each user-client pair, enhancing privacy by preventing cross-client user tracking, in line with privacy regulations like GDPR.
